  • Children and extra bed policy

    Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any cots. You haven't added any extra beds.

  • Important Information

    Please inform qTownPad of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A damage deposit of NZD 200 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Prepayment by bank transfer is mandatory & paid at the time of the booking. Other payment options may incur additional fees. Door codes and check-in details are sent to you via email. Guests should advise expected arrival time. As a holiday home, there is no onsite reception. Contactable by text or email.
